Ipoh overview

Ipoh Travel Guide
Ipoh, which can be found about 200kms north of the capital, has rapidly become one of the most unique cities in Malaysia. Because of the discovery of tin, as well as the influence of the British, Ipoh has some of the more unique architecture in Malaysia, including several prominent buildings that are leftover from the era of British colonialism. Like many cities in Malaysia Ipoh has theme parks meant to attract tourism, but most people still come to see the stunning limestone caves and to eat the food that Ipoh has become famous for. The city is most famous for its food, which is largely influenced by the mostly Chinese population. Even though something named fish ball soup may not sound delicious, it is what the city is famous for and must be tried for those interested in sampling food.
